Montreal duo She-Devils have announced their signing to Secretly Canadian alongside a brand new single, 'The World Laughs'. The pair - Audrey Ann and Kyle Jukka - met while living at a rehearsal space and the band was born after a period of gigging before any music was laid down. The result was worth the wait as this cut, inspired by Tarantino, Warhol and the music of Iggy Pop and Madonna, is a mind-bendingly funky experience and one that comes ahead of shows at SXSW and May's The Great Escape in Brighton. -G.O'B
